During its Annual Meeting on May 17, 2025, the Foundation Board of Trustees selected seven community college students to receive $3,000 Engineering Scholarships conditional upon being admitted to an ABET-accredited baccalaureate engineering program at a college or university in Washington.
The recipients are:
- Audrey Harveaux, Zillah, WA; applying for admission to the chemical engineering program at the University of Washington
- Ethan Gallardo, Richland, WA; applying for admission to the electrical engineering program at Washington State University
- Isaias Duenas, Kennewick, WA; applying for admission to the mechanical engineering program at the University of Washington
- Larissa J. G. Carter, Federal Way, WA; applying for admission to the industrial engineering program at the University of Washington
- Mauro Martinez, Pasco, WA; applying for admission to the mechanical engineering program at Washington State University
- Olivia Tamer, Auburn, WA; applying for admission to the aeronautical and astronautical engineering program at the University of Washington
- Zachary Stone-Undem, Richland, WA; applying for admission to the aeronautical and astronautical engineering program at the University of Washington
